The Faculty of Medical Sciences organized a conference on inflammatory and immune disorders of the nervous system, attended by the dean of the faculty, Dr. Saada Alama, the president of the Association of Private Hospitals in Lebanon, former dean of the faculty, Dr. Pierre Yared, the head of the faculty’s neurology department, Dr. Abdallah Rahbani, Dr. Ayman Tourbah from Paris Saclay, the heads of the faculty’s departments, and lecturers from various medical faculties in Lebanon, as well as a large number of doctors from different specialties, interns and residents, and students from the master’s program in neuroscience.
After the opening with the national anthem and the university anthem, Dr. Rahbani gave a welcome speech in which he thanked all those who contributed to the success of this leading scientific conference, praising the mark left by Dean Yared in the development of medical education and the promotion of health policies in Lebanon.
