The Faculty of Economics and Management (FEBA) – Branch 3 organized a rights awareness seminar on “the provisions of Article 47 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,” focusing on its enforcement mechanism and the penalties incurred in case of violation.
The seminar was presented by lawyer Nermine Al-Ahmad, project coordinator at the Tripoli Bar Association, who outlined the main legal guarantees during the preliminary investigation and the main practical problems related to the application of this article.
