President Bassam Badran appointed Dr. Samer Maher Abdallah to head the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences – Branch 1, effective 9 October 2025.
Dr. Abdallah holds a PhD in Business Law from the Lebanese University and has been the Head of the Center for Lebanese Legal, Administrative & Political Studies at the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences since 2023.
Dr. Abdallah has dozens of publications and articles in the fields of international law, international relations, political science, financial control, and others.
