The dissertation of Ikram Chaer, a graduate of the Lebanese University, has been nominated for the Prize of the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, after receiving the honors of the jury. The dissertation, which was prepared at Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas in joint supervision with the Doctoral School of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences, is entitled: “Complicity and foreignness: a comparative study of French and Lebanese law”.
The dissertation was supervised by Dr. Leila Saade of the Lebanese University and Dr. Philippe Conte of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
A graduate of the French section of the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences, Ikram met President Bassam Badran in the Central Administration building and presented him with a copy of her dissertation.
