The Faculty of Agronomy celebrated World Environment Day and organized a symposium that addressed several topics, most notably: Climate Change, Climate Change and the Law, Climate Change between Cop28 and Cop29, and the impact of plastics on climate change.
The seminar was attended by students from the faculty and environmental activists, while the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Nadine Nassif, Ms. Hala Kilani and Engineer Malik Ghandour lectured and was moderated by Dr. George Hassoun, Head of the Department of Environment.
